The program is run as a school-based, 30-year-old course with reward and grade. In the course we will examine the values of the staff and the school, we will focus and build a tailor-made and relevant vision tailored to the dimensions of the school with forward vision that relates to the rapid changes in our world that affect both learning and content. .

Experiential training involves all school systems: the educational staff, the children, the parents and the authority. The significant added value is the sharing of the team and all systems for engagement and responsibility for the process and practical implementation.
